Position Summary:
Allied 100 is actively looking for inside sales representatives to join our team. We are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to pick up the phone and learn what tactics and messaging resonate with our customers and prospects. Your goal is to source and find sales opportunities within pre-defined sales verticals. As you connect with and qualify prospects, you’ll pass them along to account executives and account managers who will close the transaction.

In this position you will:

  • Report to the inside sales manager
  • Help cultivate new business opportunities by qualifying customers through email and phone calls


  • Work closely with sales managers, account executives, and account managers to ensure firm-wide alignment 
  • Engage in regular coaching and shadowing to learn and implement proven tactics and techniques
  • Keep accurate records in
  • Prospect new business through cold calling/emailing and following up with warm leads
  • Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers
  • Seamlessly close warm leads and prospects to finalize sales transactions 

Nice to Haves:

  • Business-to-business inside sales experience
  • Experience with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound a day)
  • Success in prior sales roles 
  • Experience with CRM systems such as
  • Experience with sales tools such as email tools and phone systems

Need to Haves:

  • Assertive, persuasive and competitive without coming off as pushy
  • Great listener, quick thinker, and ability to work independently and as a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Compensation: Compensation and uncapped commission based on experience.
